Job Title: Branch Manager – Vizag

Location: Vizag, Andhra Pradesh

Experience Required: 3–4 years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to join our team in Vizag. The role will primarily focus on onboarding of manpower, shipping operations and documentation and custom liaisoning (VA custom), ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end onboarding process of manpower, including documentation and compliance.

• Coordinate and liaise with VA Customs and other authorities for smooth clearance and operational requirements.

• Maintain records, reports, and compliance documents as per company policy.

• Monitor and support day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.

• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate matters when required.

• Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Business/Logistics).

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in operations, onboarding, and custom liaison.

• Knowledge of VA Customs and related compliance procedures.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
