Job Description

  • Operational Execution: Monitor daily performance, manage warehouse dispatch (inbound/outbound), and ensure on-time delivery (TAT).
  • Logistics & Routing: Optimize delivery routes for cost-effectiveness and speed.
  • Team & Fleet Management: Supervise, train, and manage courier staff, drivers, and riders.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key KPIs such as First Attempt Rates, RTO (Return to Origin), and Delivery TAT.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors, carriers (FTL/LTL), and internal logistics teams to solve issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to reduce last-mile bottlenecks and improve customer experience.
