Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all accounting activities of the organization.
• Prepare and file Income Tax (IT) Returns and GST Returns.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Manage bank-related transactions and documentation.
• Handle bills, cash vouchers, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial documents and statutory records.
• Prepare financial reports and assist management with accounting information.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
2. Expertise in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
3. Experience in handling GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
4. Good knowledge of banking procedures and documentation.
5. Ability to maintain accounting books independently.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and reporting).
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
9. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
