✅ मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Roles & Responsibilities)

1. सफाई कर्मचारियों की भर्ती करना
	•	हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ (पुरुष/महिला) की नियमित भर्ती करना
	•	साइट की आवश्यकता के अनुसार कर्मचारियों की संख्या उपलब्ध कराना
	•	नई भर्ती प्रक्रिया को तेज और व्यवस्थित बनाना

2. कैंडिडेट सोर्सिंग (Candidate Sourcing)
	•	लोकल एरिया, रेफरेंस, पोस्टर, सोशल मीडिया एवं एजेंसी नेटवर्क से स्टाफ जुटाना
	•	गांव/शहर क्षेत्रों में जाकर कर्मचारियों से संपर्क करना
	•	जॉब कैंप एवं भर्ती अभियान आयोजित करना

3. इंटरव्यू और चयन प्रक्रिया
	•	उम्मीदवारों का प्राथमिक इंटरव्यू लेना
	•	उनकी योग्यता, अनुभव एवं व्यवहार की जांच करना
	•	चयन के बाद डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन करवाना

4. ऑनबोर्डिंग और जॉइनिंग सुनिश्चित करना
	•	नए कर्मचारियों की जॉइनिंग समय पर करवाना
	•	यूनिफॉर्म, ID कार्ड एवं साइट नियम समझाना
	•	आवश्यक ट्रेनिंग और ड्यूटी गाइडलाइन देना

5. डाटा और रिकॉर्ड मैनेजमेंट
	•	भर्ती किए गए कर्मचारियों का रिकॉर्ड तैयार करना
	•	अटेंडेंस, डॉक्यूमेंट एवं साइट प्लेसमेंट जानकारी अपडेट रखना
	•	कर्मचारियों की फाइल और डेटा ऑफिस में जमा करना

6. स्टाफ रिटेंशन एवं रिप्लेसमेंट
	•	कर्मचारियों की समस्या सुनना और समाधान करवाना
	•	साइट पर कर्मचारी छोड़ने की स्थिति में तुरंत रिप्लेसमेंट देना
	•	कर्मचारियों को लंबे समय तक बनाए रखने हेतु प्रयास करना

7. साइट और ऑपरेशंस टीम से समन्वय
	•	ऑपरेशन मैनेजर/फील्ड ऑफिसर से संपर्क बनाए रखना
	•	साइट की स्टाफ रिक्वायरमेंट समय पर प्राप्त करना
	•	क्लाइंट की मांग के अनुसार योग्य स्टाफ भेजना

✅ आवश्यक योग्यता (Qualification)
	•	न्यूनतम 12वीं / ग्रेजुएशन (Preferred)
	•	हाउसकीपिंग/सिक्योरिटी/मैनपावर एजेंसी में भर्ती अनुभव
