Handle file work for all 5 companies. Maintain complete documents such as e-way bills, invoice copies, transporter bilty, truck slips and kanta slips.
Receive bills, kanta slips and truck photos on WhatsApp. Do basic photo editing like cropping, brightness/contrast adjustment and printing multiple photos on one page.
Prepare monthly data for GST and TCS filing.
Enter purchase bills and freight details in Tally.
Generate sales invoices in Tally, create e-invoices and prepare e-way bills.
Prepare miscellaneous reports in Excel.
Maintain factory production and consumption data in Excel and Tally.
Perform other regular Tally and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

OFFICE TIMINGS AND LEAVE POLICY
Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (7.5 hours working + 1 hour lunch break)
