Key Responsibilities

A. Student Counselling & Guidance

Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students, parents, and working professionals regarding various English programs (IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, Public Speaking, Corporate Communication, etc.).

Understand the academic and professional background of students to suggest the most suitable course.

Provide accurate information about course structures, schedules, fee plans, certification, and outcomes.

Address student queries, doubts, and career guidance with clarity and empathy.

Conduct demo sessions and coordinate trial classes when needed.

B. Lead Management & CRM Operations

Manage, track, and update all leads in the CRM system from inquiry to enrollment.

Respond promptly to walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, website inquiries, and social media leads.

Categorize leads (hot, warm, cold) and create effective follow-up strategies.

Maintain and update lead status regularly in CRM with notes, follow-up dates, and communication history.

Ensure zero lead leakage and maximize conversion ratios.

C. Admission & Enrollment Process

Handle complete admission cycle — from counseling, form filling, documentation, and fee collection to confirmation of enrollment.

Coordinate with the academic and accounts teams for batch allocation, receipt generation, and student onboarding.

Ensure timely communication of schedules, start dates, and study materials.

Maintain records of admissions, pending payments, and renewals.

D. Sales, Marketing & Conversion Activities

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission & revenue targets.

Engage in tele-counselling, face-to-face counseling, and virtual sessions to generate admissions.

Upsell and cross-sell advanced or add-on programs.

Follow up with walk-ins and old leads through email, calls, and messages.

Participate in seminars, school/college visits, and promotional events to generate leads.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, social media promotions, and lead generation activities.
