Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to guide complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. The day is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement innovative, industry-specific, or function-specific technology solutions that align with organizational goals and market trends. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving technology landscapes and tailoring recommendations to meet diverse business needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of technology strategies that support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures and service models related to Platform as a Service.
- Experience in evaluating and recommending platform solutions based on business requirements and cost considerations.
- Ability to analyze complex technology environments and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Skilled in developing and implementing technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
