Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience with integration of contact center solutions within existing business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center applications.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
