Job Specification

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Internship to support our R&D CS&Q team in enhancing product quality and reliability. This internship provides hands-on exposure to field data analysis, failure diagnostics, and product validation processes.

 

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial or related field)
• Basic understanding of quality tools and techniques
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / data analysis is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

 

Job Description

 

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Internship to support our R&D CS&Q team in enhancing product quality and reliability. This internship provides hands-on exposure to field data analysis, failure diagnostics, and product validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Failure Data Analysis
  Analyse field return data to identify recurring issues and trends.
• Problem Analysis & Root Cause Identification
  Support investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis).
• Product Validation Support
  Assist in product testing, validation, and documenting results to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Quality Inspection
  Participate in inspection processes for incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Warranty Analysis
  Evaluate warranty claims, identify failure patterns, and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting & Documentation
  Maintain accurate reports, quality records, and dashboards for internal review.
