Job Description

Executive Assistant

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, travel and business priorities. 
  • Act as a gatekeeper and key liaison between the MD and internal /external stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate and track strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and action items are delivered on time. 
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and executive summaries. 
  • Attend meetings, capture key decisions, and drive follow-up actions across teams. 
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion. 
  • Manage communications, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement on behalf of the MD. 
  • Support customer meetings, investor interactions, industry events, and business development activities. 
  • Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively provide solutions. 
  • Assist with special projects, operational coordination and executive-level tasks as required. organization moving forward
