Job Description
Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude.
Handle patient registrations, appointments, and follow-up scheduling.
Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management software.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and counsellors for smooth patient flow.
Guide patients regarding clinic services, appointment timings, and basic treatment information.
Process billing, collect payments, generate invoices, and maintain payment records.
Handle daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day reports.
Maintain reception cleanliness and ensure a premium clinic ambience.
Follow up with patients for appointment confirmations, reviews, and feedback.
Manage walk-in inquiries and convert them into consultations whenever possible.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth clinic operations.
