Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IAM Technical Architecture and Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neo4j, PostgreSQL, OpenFGA/SpiceDB, JWT/OAuth 2.0
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and secure architecture solutions for complex systems.
- Experience in integrating IAM solutions with various enterprise applications and platforms.
- Familiarity with security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and authorization models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IAM Technical Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
