*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage end-to-end procurement of products, packaging materials, and business requirements

• Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while maintaining supplier relationships

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery schedules

• Create and track purchase orders for timely deliveries

• Coordinate with domestic/international suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses

• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs

• Follow up on production schedules, dispatches, and quality inspections

• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery timelines, and documentation

• Maintain procurement MIS, vendor database, and purchase records

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements
