Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities, meet customers, conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in meeting clients, and a passion for sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through field visits, references, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.
• Meet residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
• Conduct site inspections and understand customer requirements.
• Explain company products and services professionally.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the back-office team.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
• Update daily visit reports in CRM or company reporting system.
• Coordinate with the installation team for smooth project execution.
• Collect advance payments and assist in payment follow-ups.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings.

• EligibilityGraduate or Undergraduate (Preferred)
• 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Experience in construction materials, building products, pest control, hardware, interiors, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
• Good presentation skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Mandatory RequirementsTwo-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.

• Working HoursMonday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
