Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage HR operations and maintain positive employee relations.
• Recruit Telecallers as per business requirements.
• Maintain employee attendance, personnel records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners and maintain onboarding records.
• Follow up on insurance renewals and coordinate with teams regarding renewal calls.
• Maintain effective communication and good working relationships with senior management.
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of employee data and HR records.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage employee records efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is preferred.
