About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of solar projects with a strong focus on client and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and relationship builder who can manage expectations, drive accountability across teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

•       Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

•       Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust

•       Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and provide clear progress updates

•       Manage client expectations proactively — addressing concerns, changes, and escalations promptly

•       Coordinate with DISCOMs, government bodies, and third-party agencies as required

•       Ensure smooth handover to the client post-commissioning with proper documentation and sign-offs

Project Execution & Coordination

•  Oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning and design coordination to commissioning

•       Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

•     Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure alignment and timely execution

•       Monitor project milestones, budgets, and quality benchmarks throughout the lifecycle

•       Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines or client commitments

•   Ensure compliance with safety standards, MNRE guidelines, and DISCOM requirements

•       Maintain comprehensive project documentation, MIS reports, and closure records

Requirements

•       B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering

•       3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in solar or EPC sectors

•       Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering projects on time

•       Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

•       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

•       Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or project management tools

•       Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

•       Experience managing rooftop and/or ground-mounted solar projects

•       PMP or equivalent project management certification

•       Familiarity with net metering processes and DISCOM coordination

•       Experience working with cross-functional teams across design, procurement, and field execution
