About Our Client: Our client is a prominent player in the rapidly evolving Internet Service Provider sector in India. With a strong commitment to delivering high-speed broadband services, the company has established a significant market presence and is continuously expanding its customer base.
Designation: Team Lead – MIS (Sales)
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 4–6 years in MIS/Analytics, with 1+ year in team handling role
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
About the Role: We are looking for a Team Lead – MIS to manage the Sales Function reporting ecosystem. This TL will lead a team of 4 MIS executives and own end-to-end sales dashboards, daily/weekly/monthly reports, and data accuracy for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 MIS executives
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports – calls, leads, conversions, revenue, team productivity
- Build and automate dashboards for real-time sales tracking
- Ensure 100% data hygiene, TAT, and accuracy in all reports
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Ops teams for data requirements
- Identify trends, flag gaps, and provide actionable insights to Sales leadership
- Handle ad-hoc data requests from management with quick turnaround
Requirements:
- Expert in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of Sales KPIs and CRM data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Telecom/ISP/Internet industry
- SQL knowledge
- Automation using VBA/Macros/AppScript
