About Us:
The Detailing Gang is a premium car detailing and car protection studio in South Delhi, serving luxury and premium cars such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Scorpio, Fortuner and other high-value vehicles.
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken female candidate for customer handling, follow-ups and front-desk support.
Job Profile:
- Handling premium car owners and walk-in customers
- Customer follow-up through phone and WhatsApp
- Explaining services and packages professionally
- Appointment coordination and customer support
- Maintaining customer records and service follow-ups
- Convincing customers politely without pressure selling
Requirements:
- Smart Female candidate preferred.
- Age preferred: 28 to 40 years.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Clear, polite and melodious voice.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Talking Style in English Accents is preferred.
- Basic computer / WhatsApp / CRM handling knowledge.
- Experience in customer care, front desk in luxury service industry will be preferred
Important:
- No cold calling
- No target pressure
- Existing customers and incoming enquiries only
Salary:
₹20,000 per month + Petrol Allowance + Incentive on Extra Performance
Office Timing:
9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Tuesday to Sunday
Monday Weekly Off
Interview Timing:
Walk-in interview between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday.
