Position: Safety Trainer
Location: Delhi / Pan-India (Corporate Site Visits)
Training Mode: Offline (Client Premises) + Online (Live Sessions & LMS)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–3 Years in Safety Training

Shri Arvind Foundation is a DGMS-authorized and NSDC-certified training institution operating since 2011. We deliver Fire & Safety, First Aid, Occupational Health, and Emergency Response training to corporates, industrial units, hospitals, and mines across India — both on-site at client premises and through our online training platform.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Fire Safety, First Aid & Emergency Response training at corporate client sites across industries
- Conduct offline & online training sessions
- Design and execute mock fire drills, first aid simulations, and emergency response exercises
- Develop training presentations, handouts, and assessments customized for each client
- Keep content updated with Factories Act, BOCW Act, DGMS, and OSHA/IS standards
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and post-training documentation
- Coordinate with corporate clients for scheduling, logistics, and site readiness
- Conduct Safety Audit and Inspection at client site
- Industrial hygiene assessment
✅ Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline | Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety preferred (ADIS / PDIS / B.Tech Safety)
- 0–3 years of experience in safety training
- Prior corporate / B2B training delivery experience (on-site or online)
- Proficient in making PPTs and Public Speaking
- Fluent in Hindi | Basic English communication required
- Willing to travel Pan-India for corporate assignments
