Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive both B2B and B2C sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, building distribution networks, and achieving revenue targets across corporate and retail segments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage B2B and B2C sales teams across different channels.
- Drive institutional, corporate, dealer, distributor, and retail sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Develop and execute sales plans for customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, production, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Key SkillsStrong B2B and B2C sales experience.

- QualificationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
- Experience10–15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in handling B2B, B2C, Institutional, Dealer, and Channel Sales.
