Branch Manager: MP Holidays (Ahmedabad)

Job Description: MP Holidays is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Ahmedabad office. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving sales, developing new business opportunities, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Generate new B2B & B2C business.
• Build relationships with travel agents, corporates, schools, and institutions.
• Lead, train, and motivate the branch team.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Head Office for smooth operations.
• Prepare branch performance reports and maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Travel & Tourism.
• Experience in team handling and branch management.
• Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve business targets and manage operations independently.
• Knowledge of domestic tour packages and travel operations will be preferred.
