Position : Relationship Manager (Direct Channel )

Location :Bangalore (Jayanagar & Indiranagar), Nagpur, Pune, New Delhi (Janakpuri, Kirti Nagar), Gurgaon & Noida.

Salary : 20000 - 35000 Per Month( Plus Incentives)( Salary Depends on the Experience of the Candidate)

Experience : 1 To 5 Years

Age Criteria : Above 25 Years To 38 Years.

Kindly Note : This is a Field Sales Job And We are looking for Candidates who are Comfortable with Field Sales and who have Experience in working with Life insurance / BFSI Field Sales. CTC : Upto 3.8 to 4.8 lpa lacs max. (The Candidate Must have Life Insurance Sales Experience in Field Sales)

Designation: Relationship Manager (Direct Channel) 

Job Purpose:

·      To offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs and act as an interface between customer and company.

Key Responsibilities

• To direct sell to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
• To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated 
• To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
• To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
