Job Description
Candidate Should be fluent in speaking Hindi
Responsibilities:
Receive and greet visitors professionally.
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain visitor records, call logs, and customer databases.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and services.
Manage emails and basic office administration tasks.
Ensure a professional and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Previous experience in telecalling or reception is preferred but not mandatory.
