Experience:5+ Years

Industry Preference:

• Collections Industry

• BPO / BFSI Recruitment Background Preferred

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment

• Prior recruitment experience in the Collections industry is mandatory

• Proven experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment

• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes

Preferred Experience:

• Hiring for Collections, Recovery, or Customer Service roles

• Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments

• Exposure to recruitment MIS and reporting
