Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in B2B sales and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online research.
Contact potential customers and introduce BookAMC's solutions.
Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects until meetings are scheduled.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth lead handover.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Odia.
Confidence in speaking over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
Willingness to learn B2B sales and CRM tools.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
MBA (Marketing) candidates are welcome.
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
