Job Description
We are
looking for ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Consultants who
can drive consultative sales and create exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
·
Handle showroom walk-ins and convert
inquiries into sales
Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp,
and meetings
Understand customer requirements through
detailed discovery discussions
Conduct site visits and pre-sales
measurements
Prepare design & Quotations and present
customized solutions
Negotiate and close high-value sales
professionally
Upsell appliances, accessories, and
complementary products
Build strong relationships with architects,
interior designers, and referral partners
Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline
discipline
Coordinate payment follow-ups and post-sale
customer experience
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years experience in consultative
sales, interiors, furniture, modular kitchen, real estate, luxury retail, or
similar industries
Strong communication skills in English,
Hindi, and Odia
Presentable personality with professional
grooming
