Inventory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager cum QC Executive to manage inventory operations, monitor stock levels, ensure accurate records, and maintain quality standards for all incoming and outgoing materials. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock audits, quality inspections, and coordination with internal departments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementManage day-to-day inventory and store operations.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits.
• Track inward and outward material movements.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of materials.
• Prepare inventory reports and MIS on a regular basis.
• Quality Control (QC)Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks at different stages of production.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding quality issues and corrective actions
