We Are Hiring | Vice President – Real Estate Sales | Gurgaon


Location: Gurgaon

Company: Roof Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Vice President – Real Estate Sales to lead our sales operations and drive business growth in the Gurgaon market.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall sales strategy and execution.

Direct reporting to the Managing Director (MD).

Manage and mentor a team of 5 Relationship Managers.

Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure achievement of sales targets and organizational objectives.


Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in Real Estate Sales leadership roles.

Strong team management and business development skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market.

Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering results.

4-Wheeler (Own Vehicle) is Compulsory.
