Job Description
• Visit corporate offices across Pune and surrounding areas to meet HR Heads, L&D Managers, and Senior Leadership.
• Introduce our NLP-Based Sales Training and Mindset Training programs to companies that are ready to invest in their people.
• Build a healthy pipeline — follow up consistently, handle objections calmly, and close with confidence.
• Schedule and attend exploratory meetings, give brief program walkthroughs, and coordinate with our trainer for deeper demos.
• Maintain a clean CRM record of all leads, meetings, and next steps — no loose ends.
• Research target companies ahead of visits so every conversation starts with credibility.
• Represent the brand at networking events, HR summits, and industry forums where the right people gather.
• Send proposals and follow up on them like you actually care about the outcome — because you will.
