HOSPITAL ONBOARDER

Job Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities to onboard them onto the platform/network.
• Meet hospital administrators, doctors, clinic owners, and key decision-makers to explain partnership benefits and onboarding requirements.
• Drive end-to-end onboarding of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Collect, verify, and maintain all required onboarding documents, agreements, licenses, and certifications.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to complete registration and credentialing processes.
• Ensure all onboarding formalities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hospitals and clinics during the onboarding process.
• Follow up regularly with healthcare providers to obtain pending documentation and approvals.
• Liaise with internal Operations, Product, Finance, and Support teams to ensure successful partner activation.
• Conduct onboarding training and demonstrations for hospital and clinic staff on platform usage and operational processes.
• Resolve onboarding-related queries and issues raised by healthcare partners.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, onboarding progress, and partner information in CRM/internal systems.
• Monitor onboarding status and ensure timely activation of hospitals and clinics.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to support long-term engagement.
• Track and achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on onboarding activities and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Identify new onboarding opportunities within assigned territories and contribute to network expansion efforts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding efficiency and partner experience.
• Support post-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into active operations.
