Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in freight forwarding to manage customer accounts and oversee end-to-end shipment coordination. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving operational issues, and identifying opportunities to grow the business while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate end-to-end air, sea, and land freight shipments with internal teams and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with operations, customs, transport, and finance teams to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, support contract negotiations, and identify business growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
