Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage our end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle employee compensation queries. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, experience handling payroll software, and prior exposure to managing payroll within the manufacturing or automotive sector.

  • ey ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing: Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Attendance & Leaves: Review, verify, and reconcile daily attendance, overtime, shifts, and leave records from the biometric system/HRMS.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely calculation, filing, and deposition of statutory dues including PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and TDS / LWF.
