Job Description
Job Summary
The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth by effectively managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions. The ideal candidate will be experienced, dedicated, and proactive in researching various talent acquisition platforms, screening and selecting suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding. This role also includes policy creation, employee management, reporting, and handling formalities related to employee exit processes. The HR Executive will additionally be responsible for setting employee targets and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Research and leverage multiple platforms for sourcing candidates for IT and non-IT roles
• Screen, segregate, and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and recommend suitable hires
• Coordinate and manage the complete onboarding process for new hires HR Policies & Employee Management
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, terms and conditions aligned with company objectives
• Manage employee records, performance tracking, and reporting to senior management
• Set employee performance targets and KPIs in line with organizational goals
• Manage day-to-day employee relations and coordinate with department heads Employee Exit Management
• Handle all exit formalities, including documentation, clearances, etc
• Ensure compliance with company policies during employee resignation or termination
• Develop policies related to exit processes and employee offboarding Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment, employee performance, and HR metrics
• Prepare and present periodic HR reports to management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies for diverse roles
• Excellent interviewing, decision-making, and employee evaluation skills
• Ability to create and implement HR policies and procedures effectively
• Skilled in employee performance management and target-setting
• Familiarity with labor law compliance and exit procedures
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient with HR software and MS Office, etc

• Ability to handle sensitive employee situations with professionalism and discretion
