Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced NPA Specialist with a strong background in NBFC collections and recovery. The candidate will be responsible for managing delinquent loan accounts, driving recoveries, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and recover assigned NPA accounts.
Contact customers through calls and follow-ups to recover overdue payments.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Escalate complex cases to the legal team when required.
Ensure all recovery activities comply with RBI and company policies.
Prepare daily MIS and recovery reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of NPA accounts.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in NPA Collections with an NBFC is mandatory.
Candidates with banking, BPO, telecom, or other collection experience will not be considered.
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and recovery skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
Sound knowledge of NBFC collection and recovery processes.
Ability to manage high-value delinquent accounts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
Target-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly recovery target achievement.
Collection efficiency.
PTP (Promise-to-Pay) conversion.
Settlement closure rate.
Compliance and quality score.
Mandatory Requirement:
Only candidates with hands-on experience in NPA collections from an NBFC will be considered.
