Job Description

WE ARE HIRING – Assistant Bakery Chef

📍 Location: Tosta Bakery

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Assistant Bakery Chef to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:• Assist the Head Chef in daily bakery and pastry production

• Prepare ingredients, doughs, batters, fillings, and creams

• Support production of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist with inventory management and stock organization

• Help with packaging and presentation of finished products

• Follow recipes and quality standards consistently

Requirements:• Basic knowledge of baking and pastry preparation

• Experience in a bakery, pastry shop, hotel, or restaurant kitchen is preferred

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Good discipline, hygiene, and attention to detail
