Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our MG Showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, and finance options.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Graduate preferred.
Location: MG Showroom Koramangala
