About the Role

Unique Design Creation is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and proactive Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the store independently, ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting basic marketing activities to help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all day-to-day store operations.

- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and professionally maintained.

- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide excellent assistance.

- Coordinate with staff and ensure smooth workflow and discipline.

- Maintain stock records and monitor inventory availability.

- Handle billing support, order tracking, and customer follow-ups.

- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

- Resolve customer queries and maintain high service standards.

- Support basic marketing activities, including social media updates, promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and local marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate with management to implement business growth strategies.

- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store and safeguard company assets.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.

- Prior experience in retail, showroom, or store supervision is preferred.

- Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also apply.
