Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the immigration and visa application process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle clients professionally while achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, and work visa options.

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable immigration programs.

- Handle client queries through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

- Maintain proper follow-ups with interested clients.

- Assist in documentation and application process.

- Coordinate with the processing team for smooth case handling.

- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to company growth.

- Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and policies.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes (preferred)

- Ability to work in a target-based environment

- Computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Experience:

- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

- Experience in immigration or sales will be an advantage
