Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Visa Counselor to guide clients through the visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, assessing eligibility, assisting with documentation, and ensuring successful visa application submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist, Visitor, Work, and PR visa options.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories.
Guide clients on documentation, application procedures, timelines, and visa requirements.
Review and verify documents before submission.
Assist in SOP preparation, visa forms, and application filing.
Coordinate with universities, embassies, VFS centers, and immigration authorities.
Track application status and provide regular updates to clients.
Handle client queries and provide professional support throughout the process.
Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
