Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure a seamless luxury customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Customer Experience & SatisfactionMonitor customer satisfaction levels and implement actions to improve customer experience.
- Conduct post-sales follow-up calls to gather feedback and address customer concerns.
- Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high customer retention and loyalty levels in line with JLR standards.
- CRM OperationsManage and update customer records accurately within the CRM system.
- Track customer interactions, inquiries, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure complete and accurate customer data management.
- Generate CRM reports and customer satisfaction reports for management review.
- Sales SupportCoordinate with Sales Consultants to ensure timely customer engagement.
- Support lead nurturing activities and customer conversion initiatives.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement programs, events, test drives, and exclusive brand experiences.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Customer Retention & Loyalty ProgramsImplement customer retention strategies and loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor customer lifecycle activities and ensure regular engagement.
- Promote brand loyalty through personalized communication and relationship-building efforts.
- Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
- Track customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, referrals, and complaint resolution metrics.
- Analyze customer feedback trends and provide recommendations for service improvement.
