Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests professionally.
  • Escort guests to their tables and explain the dining concept.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and buffet team for timely food service.
  • Supervise Guest Service Associates (GSAs) and Stewards in the assigned section.
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate when required.
  • Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure all SOPs, grooming, and service standards are followed.
  • Coordinate birthday celebrations and special occasions.
  • Assist in upselling premium dishes, beverages, and special offers.
  • Maintain billing accuracy and ensure smooth payment processing.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate sections to team members.
  • Support inventory control of service equipment and report shortages.
