Hotel Operations Manager
Company: Hotel Midtown
Location: Opp. BDK Hospital, Near Roadways Bus Stand, Road No. 1, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience: 2–5+ Years (Hotel Industry Mandatory)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Hotel Operations Manager who can lead the complete hotel operations, improve occupancy, increase revenue, and build Hotel Midtown into one of the best hotels in Jhunjhunu. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a guest-first mindset. Hotel Operations Managers typically oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, guest satisfaction, and financial performance while driving profitability and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance & F&B)
Increase room occupancy and direct bookings
Improve guest experience and maintain excellent online ratings
Lead, train and motivate the hotel team
Implement SOPs and quality standards
Manage OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, etc.)
Control operational costs and improve profitability
Develop local marketing and corporate sales strategies
Ensure daily review collection and guest feedback management
Handle banquet, events and future restaurant operations
Prepare daily MIS, occupancy and revenue reports
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hotel operations experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of PMS, OTA management and revenue management
Good communication in Hindi & English
Problem-solving attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
Able to work independently and drive business growth
Performance Targets
Increase occupancy month-on-month
Improve guest satisfaction and online reputation
Maintain operational discipline and service quality
Achieve revenue and profitability targets
Build long-term corporate and travel agent relationships
