Field TechnicianJob SummaryResponsible for monitoring the quality of ready-mix concrete (RMC) at project sites by conducting field tests, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with the QC team and batching plant to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend all concrete pours at project sites.
- Perform slump and flow tests to check concrete workability.
- Maintain accurate pour data sheets and test records.
- Ensure proper cube casting at both site and plant.
- Monitor concrete quality parameters such as temperature and workability.
- Coordinate with the QC Officer and Batcher to resolve quality-related issues.
- Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures.
- QualificationDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 years of experience in RMC, construction, or quality control.
