Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager
Job SummaryA Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable products or services to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The role involves managing customer portfolios, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Acquire new customers through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, sales performance, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
