Job Description
KVN International Private Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our presence across Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, promotions, and sales growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace KPIs.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
