About the RoleWe're looking for a creative and organised individual who can manage our Instagram and Facebook presence, help build our brand, and coordinate content creation. If you're passionate about social media, trends and storytelling, we'd love to meet you.

• ResponsibilitiesManage Instagram and Facebook pages.
• Schedule and publish posts, reels and stories.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Research trending audio, reels, memes and content ideas.
• Coordinate with our videographer for shoots and edits.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags and CTAs.
• Reply to comments and DMs professionally.
• Maintain relationships with our online community.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements.
• Research competitors and market trends.
• Assist with basic website updates (product pages, banners, offers, etc.).
• Learn about our products and recommend content ideas around them.
• Skills RequiredExcellent written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
• Canva knowledge is preferred.
• Basic understanding of photography and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with Instagram Insights and analytics.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Willingness to learn about crystals, healing and holistic wellness.
• Bonus SkillsBasic SEO knowledge.
• Experience with Shopify or WordPress.
• Basic video editing.
• Meta Business Suite.
• ChatGPT/AI tools.
