Job Description:-
Amartex Industries Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in payroll, statutory compliance, labour laws, recruitment, performance management, and overall HR operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable labour laws.
- Liaise with government departments, labour authorities, PF, ESIC, and other statutory bodies.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and domestic inquiries.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Plan and execute employee engagement, training, induction, and skill development initiatives.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and ensure timely statutory documentation and audits.
- Support manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to improve productivity, employee performance, and workforce efficiency.
- Desired Candidate Profile:15–20+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and Indian labour laws.
- Experience in handling factory workforce, contract labour, and compliance audits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Ability to build HR systems, drive performance, and align HR practices with business objectives.
