Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting laptops, desktops, accessories, and computer peripherals.
• Explain product features and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle billing, invoicing, UPI/card/cash payments, and customer records.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online customer queries.
• Create repair job cards and coordinate with technicians.
• Follow up with customers regarding repairs and deliveries.
• Maintain showroom displays, stock, and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory management and daily store operations.
• Promote Primebyte products and services through social media and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, MS Office, Internet).
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Honest, punctual, well-presented, and willing to learn.
