About the Role :

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Student Counsellors and Recruiters. This is a multi-functional role that combines student counselling, admissions guidance, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel students regarding courses, universities, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Understand students' educational backgrounds and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, online platforms, and walk-in interactions.
• Guide students throughout the admission and application process.
• Recruit and engage prospective students through various outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth admissions and onboarding.
• Participate in educational seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned counselling and recruitment targets.
