Are you a passionate HR professional who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving employee engagement, and partnering with business leaders to create impactful people strategies? We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner Senior Executive /Assistant Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Partner with business stakeholders to identify and fulfill hiring needs across departments.

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure all hiring requirements are closed within defined timelines.

✅ Develop and update Job Descriptions, KRAs, and interview frameworks aligned with business requirements.

✅ Drive employee relations initiatives, including grievance handling, performance management, probation reviews, disciplinary matters, and employee counseling.

✅ Support and guide managers on employee lifecycle processes and workplace concerns.

✅ Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and implement retention strategies.

✅ Review, benchmark, and enhance HR policies, benefits, and employment conditions.

✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, POSH guidelines, and Dignity at Work standards.

✅ Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.

✅ Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

🔹 Strong experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle

🔹 Expertise in Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Policies, Retention, and Employee Engagement

🔹 MBA/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources

🔹 Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills

🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
